Kovant Report post Posted March 17, 2016 Hi, I´ve been reading this forum for several weeks, I really like it and have learned lots of things. I would like to make you a question, if you can help me (sorry for mi english, I´m from Spain). I´m making vachetta leather (veg tan cowhide) handbags for men and women, spirit tanned and natural leather, and I would like to do the most natural possible finish. Would it be enough to use neatsfoot + beeswax? I know it´s not a finish, but the thing is that I want to know if it discolours/fades. I´ve also tried tan kote and i don´t like it at all because it always leaves stripes. I wouldn´t like to use resolene and others if it´s possible, because after using them you cant apply oils, etc. You can see an example of one of the bags in the photo attached. Thank you very much
