bikermutt07 Posted June 6, 2016 Report Posted June 6, 2016 So, I was showing some practice pieces on fb the other day and an old friend chimed in about his father. His father was a WWII veteran and the local carpenter in our small town. He was an excellent cook and just an all around nice man that didn't take any crap. The man's name was Jim Duvall. Well, according to his son he worked directly under Jack Tandy for a number of years. His son, Gary, told me that his father was quite the leather craftsman back in the day. I thought some of you might have known him. If you did, you probably consider yourself lucky (as I do) to have known him. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
