Power Mallet- in the UK advice

Hello there,

Im confused where i should this thread, (due to illness & learning diffulculty)

I would like advice is there people in the UK would want a Power Mallet with the correct power convertor (50/60Hz)

due to arthritis and motion repeated injury on my good hand im no longer able to operate it all.
