Members joet Posted June 29, 2006 Members Report Posted June 29, 2006 Just finished this and want to show it off. This the small memo notebook kit from Tandy. Quote
pepin1948 Posted June 30, 2006 Report Posted June 30, 2006 How do you punch the holes on this for the double loop? I found it hard, on one of the dayplanner kits/clutch purse; because I glued it together first, and then it was curved and I couldn't lay it flat to punch them :angry2: Quote
Members joet Posted June 30, 2006 Author Members Report Posted June 30, 2006 I used a four hole slit punch except for the corners. There I used a single slit punch and punched twice, side by side to make them bigger to hold the large amount of lace. When I punched I did it from the grain side and the force would flatten the pieces so they would go through without slanting. I hope that explains it. Quote
Members joet Posted June 30, 2006 Author Members Report Posted June 30, 2006 I also placed the memo binder on my slab of stone so I could punch the holes easier near the folds. Quote
