TBigLug Report post Posted March 1, 2017 Hey everybody. Name's Big John. Live up in Munith, MI. My wife and I are just getting back into leather working. I used to do it years ago and got out of it. We've gotten a bunch of requests for belts, holsters, wallets, etc. I originally was inspired to start back into it when I started into black powder cap and ball pistols. I priced a couple holsters at $200 a piece and decided getting back into my hobby and cranking out my own was a better idea, lol. I wish i would have found this forum first. I've always been a self study. No one around me does leatherworking so it's all YouTube videos and forum suggestions. I'll try a little of all of it and work out my own style along the way. Tons of good info on here. I look forward to picking your brains, hearing your critiques and heeding your suggestions. Keep your eyes open, I'm sure they'll be alot of questions in the coming weeks!
