I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find the snap fasteners for sale in the photo,ive seen them as Iron Cross,Eagle Head,Eagles Claw etc etc in photo but ive searched everywhere to buy them,im living in Uk but anywhere would be fine.

Tandy sells a conversion kit

that enables one to add a

screw back concho to a

snap.

That looks a lot like part of a Kevin King wallet, and if so, he custom makes his.

I have also seen these snap and they dont have a conversion fitted,but the seller wouldnt say where he got them,thanks for your quick replies and help,someone must have a secret stash lol.

I wonder where Kevin buys them to convert them his way ?

Tandy sells both those conchos and the conversion kits.

Hi Billy

That was exactly what i was looking for,thanks for the help.

Im living in Uk so hope they deliver to here,but dont neeed them at the moment as i bought a lot of Conchos and conversion kits from Tandy UK

You can pretty much purchase any screwback concho and turn it into a snap cap with the use of an 3/16" long 8/32 screw. Here is an example of how I use them.

This was a skull & crossbones screwback concho.

In this photo you can see the screw burried in the snap. Minor modification to the screw was done using a dremmel to take away a little excess metal that was causing the snap to not close properly but it works like a champ now with a little bit of thread lock it's there permanantly.

You can use nail polish instead of thread lock if you can't get it.
