Was used lightly for my business and has been out of use for awhile since the product we were intending to make never came to life. It would cost too much to send to those states considering the weight of this item. Continental US only. I would consider HI, AK and Canada, but would need to get an accurate shipping quote first and would need to add the extra cost into the price.
