retiredff Report post Posted September 19, 2017 I think Tandy has a video on this. George Hurst used a stylus with a large ball on the end, cased the leather then used the stylus on the back side. I came across this one day but can't remember where. Before he did this he had cut out the outline with a swivel knife and used a beveler. From the back side he could see the outline of his tooling so he used a marker and outlined it on the back side so he could see where to put the stylus. Sorry I can't be more help.
