Looking For Skilled Leatherworker in New England Area.

Hello,

My name is Dillon and I am currently in the works of finding a skilled Leather Worker to make me a chest harness for a Anime Convention in Mid March. Enclosed is a picture of it. It would require two different kinds of leather. The shoulder pads and the belt emblem would be thin black leather stretched over metal and the suspenders would be a thick brown with metal fasteners. If you have any metals experience that would be greatly needed and compensated for. Im looking for realism and exactities to these pictures. Im willing to pay well for this.
