Members Fireforger Posted March 29, 2018 Members Report Posted March 29, 2018 I've been commissioned to make a shoulder holster for a throwing axe. I have the carrying case figured out, but I need help with the actual strap parts (mainly measurements and pattern). Every time I google "shoulder holster" (or variations of such), I get plenty of ideas for gun holsters, but not the attaching rig. Does anyone have a basic set-up? Quote
Members kiwican Posted March 31, 2018 Members Report Posted March 31, 2018 Take a look at shoulder straps for carrying dual cameras. That may give you a few ideas as to the straps. As to how to fix the axe to the straps let me know how it goes. Cause I want one! Quote
Members SkullCanyon Posted April 3, 2018 Members Report Posted April 3, 2018 Google H&B Forge in Ohio, they forge throwing hawks. I have 4. They also offer a shoulder rig for carrying. You should be able to figure it out from the pictures on there site. Quote Skull Canyon LeatherKenny Hopkins1-443-553-8365 Wellborn, Floridawww.SkullCanyonLeather.com
