Members K-Man Posted July 25, 2007 Members Report Posted July 25, 2007 Hi Mark: I'm fairly familiar with where you're at. Used to live in Huachuca City - went to elementary school there and over in Tombstone (the town "Too Tough To Die" - and to dead to live  ). Lived up the road in Benson for a time. Made many visits to Cochise's Stronghold just outside of St. David. Was on Ft. Huachuca many times. Lots of good folks here to learn from, so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Quote
Members mbrien Posted July 26, 2007 Author Members Report Posted July 26, 2007 candyleather, It is a second generation Colt Clone made by Urburti. I have another one just like it they fire great and look great as well. Mark Wellcome Mark! What do you have in the pic, a Colt or a Ruger? I like western firearms. HI all Well I have some time to show you some of my other work. This one is a good one that I am very happy with. It is my first attempt at adding designs to my leather. Let me know what you all think. Thanks Mark I changed the .bmp file to a .jpg file and reduced its size for the convenience of everyone with slower connections. Mark, try saving your pics as jpgs. Bmps are usually used for picture quality printers, not website and email formats. I don't want to discourage you from posting your pics- not at all! but we need to be courteous to the folks who pay by the minute for Internet or who have slow dial up connections. ~~Johanna ps I asked the good folks at Mountain Hollow to check out the board, and Tess joined. The railroad spike knife caught my eye, too, probably from living in Pennsylvania for so long. Quote
