Adler 69, Doe it have a Safety Clutch?

Does the Adler 69 have a safety clutch? In the service manual (page 24) it says to check the safety clutch. But it does not state how to do this or where it is. The closest I can find is in the Adler 169 manual. The Adler 167 video/documents did not help.

I'm just curious if it has one. And IF it engages, how to disengage it.
