my boot patcher motor clutch pops every time I turn it off.  Any suggestions?

Guessing you mean the fuse, right? Or what else could pop? Suggestions: New fuse / new circuit breaker / new switch or new motor.

If you know nothing about electricity ask someone who is qualified. Not kidding, I mean that!

no, inside the end of motor the clutch is a little hinged flap.  It flips up when the switch is flipped off.

Don´t know what you mean - you have to post pictures - there are literately dozens if not hundreds of different motors on the market...
