saddle maker Report post Posted August 17, 2007 Hello every body, I am getting ready to go to learn how to make saddles and all other horse tack and chaps and other stuff as well. I am needing to know were to get good leather and leather working tools? I know the guy that is going to be teaching me will give me a list of his suppliers and so on but I just want to get some more ideas on were to get some good stock from. And were to get the propper tools to work the stock. Any help would be greatly appriciated, and if its not to much trouble to include a web site or phone # to contact the companies to take a look.
