Members Bluefever Posted May 11, 2020 Members Report Posted May 11, 2020 Can some one who has a swing arm binder mounted on a consew 255rb-3 show a picture? It says should fit in 2 mounting hole to the right side of the needle. That's where the bobbin cover plate is and that plate does not have 2 holes in it. Quote

Members Constabulary Posted May 13, 2020 Members Report Posted May 13, 2020 (edited) sorry - wrong track but maybe an optional way for attaching binders there are right side slide plates with a raised part and screw holes for attaching binders but I haven´t seen them for sale recently... If your machine has a front slide pate you may be able to attach binder on this plate as well but it may not work with you current binder or you make a bracket to fit the binder. Maybe you can post some pictures of your machine + binder you want to use EDIT: this is the "raised" / built up plate but w/o holes. https://www.college-sewing.co.uk/240003sp-slide-plate-built-up-111w.html EDIT II: This thread maybe be useful for you Edited May 13, 2020 by Constabulary Quote ~ Keep "OLD CAST IRON" alive - it´s worth it ~ Machines in use: - Singer 111G156 - Singer 307G2 - Singer 29K71 - Singer 212G141 - Singer 45D91 - Singer 132K6 - Singer 108W20 - Singer 51WSV2 - Singer 143W2
