Members sgarelick Posted July 29, 2020 Members Report Posted July 29, 2020 Hi all, total newbie here. I just ordered a 2' x 2' panel of Wicket & Craig Bridle leather from a very reputable online company. One third of the leather piece looks "marbled" to me and when I contacted the company, they indicated that it was normal and that what I was seeing were fat wrinkles. Is this normal? 1/3 of the leather looks unusable to me; especially given that I had planned on using the entire piece on a single project and to me, 1/3 of the leather looks completely different than the rest of the leather. Thanks in advance for your help. Quote
Members paloma Posted July 29, 2020 Members Report Posted July 29, 2020 (edited) Yeah, that's normal, though they might as well give you a piece without the marbling.you can always refuse the product and ask them for a clean piece.
