Darrel Wayn Report post Posted August 16, 2020 (edited) Hello all, I a needing help with thread tension problems with my Ferdco Pro 1010. Recently my machine is randomly leaving knots on the bottom of the my holsters and knife sheaths. I am ready to give the machine away. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Wizcrafts Report post Posted August 17, 2020 Perhaps your bobbin is out of round and is binding intermittently. Or, maybe the top thread is twisting out of the tension disks then back in. Darrel Wayn Report post Posted August 17, 2020 Thank you for your help. I recently put a new spool of bonded nylon on the machine. That is when the problem started.
