SewGood Report post Posted October 24, 2020 Up for sale is a like new Juki LU2828v-7 - Juki's top of the line production sewing machine for heavy duty items. I purchased this brand new for $6800 from MJ Foley (a top USA Juki distributor) for my business. The reason I am selling is because it is simply too much of a machine for my use case, and am downgrading. While I encourage you to do your own research on this beast of a machine, here is a quick overview of the capabilities: - Almost all sewing parameters are adjustable and set through a smart touchscreen (thread tension, sewing speed, stitch length, presser foot pressure, you name it) - Automatic backtacking - Automatic thread trimming post operation - Dropdown edge guide included Please note that the handwheel is slightly bent, which does not affect the operation of the machine in any way, as there is an electrical dial that you use to manually operate the needle instead (the handwheel actually turns off while actively sewing and is only used for maintenance purposes).
