Wear Noodles? GA5-1 Question

If you’re  familiar with the line “Wear noodles” then you’re familiar with the Chinese GA5 machines. 

My question is, can a dog feed machines like these 45K clones be converted to a compound triple feed?

No sir, they cannot be converted into a walking foot. But, you can convert it into a roller foot machine. I saw one at Toledo Industrial Sewing Machines that had a roller foot and the flat foot was in the drawer.
