  2. Hello all! My name is Mary and I am from Kill Buck NY! I actually joined here yesterday, but I caught up in the loads of information within this forum and forgot to post an intro. I love leather! The smell the texture everything. I am literally just starting in this craft and am currently and impatiently awaiting a starting kit from Tandy. I ordered the deluxe kit. I am almost 40 and I don't know why I have waited so long in trying to start leather craft but I know I am going to love it! If any of you have some advice or tips for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Can't wait to start. and I hope to make many a new friend here in this forum! Hugs to you all
  3. Hello, I hope someone here can help me. I am looking forTandy Kit number 4181 Top Stub Checkbook Kit. I just need the pattern/template. Not the whole kit itself. I have looked on ebay, Amazon, google to see if we had swaps or something around my area, and I have even called my closest Tandy store to see if they could help me locate it. Results.... Nothing. I even went as far as to contact a seller on Etsy who makes and sells top stub covers, but it has been a couple of weeks and she hasn't answered me. This is going to be a birthday gift and it is fast approaching so I don't have time to order a cheap plastic cover to try and do my own. And I can't ask the birthday girl to give me a book of her checks for measurements LOL. Even if someone has something similar it would be greatly appreciated!! Here is a picture of what this kit looked like. And many thanks in advance
