I have quite a view, cast-iron machinery related to leather working such as a rivet machine slicer/splitter click press items that were used in a pet supply distribution business, but previously as cobblers I stumbled across this site on Google, but I am not sure if it’s going to help me, but I am trying to make sure these machinery items don’t get scrapped or just lost so I would really like to sell them to maybe an enthusiast or I don’t need you to know I’m looking for help on what to do with where to look, etc.

If you follow me on social media or are on my email announcement list, you know that I add refurbished leather tools for sale nearly every day to my website. I try to keep a loose-knit schedule and Monday is usually Miscellaneous Monday - a hodgepodge of whatever floats up. Like another well known tool seller (Harbor Freight), I have New Tool Tuesday pretty often. Last week it was Byler punches that took off like a rocket. This week the announcement is that I am now a dealer for Weaver Leather and will have selected things from them. In many cases it will be things that I have used and believe in. Today we are starting up with their two way Bench Top Edger. It edges two s…

Since my last announcement on the forum here - I am carrying new tools from two other makers now. Byler Harness Tools are made by Dan Byler. He is an Amish craftsman and these punches are all made by Dan and his sons in their shop. Yes, they are the blue punches. We have all sizes of the round strap end punches, English point punches, Oblong/bag punches, and round drive punch sets in stock and for sale. Affordable quality punches that come sharp. They come with the same deal as all the tools I sell - buy from me, they resharpen for free. Here's the link to that page of my website - https://brucejohnsonleather.com/new-tools/dan-byler-punches I also am now sel…

I have several leather tools that I’m looking to sell. I acquired them from my late uncle and I just don’t have the time to learn a new craft unfortunately. I will ship anywhere within the U.S. For the price range I truly don’t know. The research I have done is estimate all these tools to be around $650? Please let me know if I’m close to a reasonable price! Thank you all this is a great site I’m so glad I came across this. Seems like a wonderful community as well. mike
