Members Ckoltz Posted April 16, 2013 Report I like the primitive cutout, with the tan inlay Looks good. Are you handsewing your projects? seems like the lacing is buckling your leather. My trick is to cut a thin piece of plastic (i.e. ice cream bucket) about a 1/2 inch wide, and sandwich it in between your layers of leather, contact cementing it to the outer layer of leather. Then I use stout straight pins, and tack my corners down tight to my wooden cutting board before punching my holes. This will keep your edges from crinkling. Just a helpful hint Quote
