Members Bonecross Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) Report Heartbreaking! Have you found a method for repairing it... there must be a way? Edited April 30, 2017 by Bonecross Quote
Members LumpenDoodle2 Posted April 30, 2017 Report Probibly a daft idea, but I know that a common trick in woodworking, is to collect some fine sawdust, and mix with pva to form a filler paste. I've often wodered if a similar trick would work with sanded leather fibres. I might go and experiment with that idea myself. Quote
Members rdl123 Posted May 2, 2017 Report I just decided to live with the dent - This will be my personal rig and the first time I get bucked out of this and drag a rowel across the cantle dish it will scar up even worse! Quote
Members TonyRV2 Posted May 2, 2017 Report Why not just cover it with something? A few conchos across the back, a leather applique, decorative rivets or tacks...just a few thoughts at large. This is what I would do....make a feature out of it! Quote
