Cooking knives

I'd like a slightly pointier point on my kitchen knife, but beyond that I wouldn't say no to one of those! My chef trousers do not have belt looks, but it would actually be pretty convenient having one of my knives on my hip in the kitchen. Probably better suited to a utility knife though.
