Hello, I have a question about my 45k53 machine, Since I couldnt find parts list for 45k53, I dont know how it would be but, I want to rebuilt foot lifter lever . I have also one 45k25 and I have completed rebuilding for 45k25 . From this topic , I have seen this photo with lever system And also I want to share my machine photos, I just want to learn the shape of part,in order to produce a utilizable replica of it. I think it should be a bit diffrent from the one 45k25.(part code 91716) If possible, Could you please share the photo of foot lifter lever for 45k53 (or part code of it) Thanks

I have the same problem, links at previous posts are no longer exist. May I use Chinese made standart 28mm roller foot with Singer 45k25. I couldnt find one consistent with GA5-1

With the help of this web site and your valuable suggestions,I have already completed my 45k25 table and knee lift projects. I would like to thank member nickname “jimi” for sharing machine table size post at https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/74406-singer-45k-treadle-base-parts-information-or-parts-list/ by means of this subject I could reshape my old fur sewing table with jigsaw. and also member nickname “friquant” for valuable video sharing . Even though I know knee lifter mechanism ,I could not imagine application with chain, and watching this video made my work. I bought an original Singer knee mechanism from one of dealers in my city,but I couldn’t find the hook like part,instead of this I used allen no 7 and 1.5 . I drilled a hole on 7 and inserted into allen 1.5 as “hook” for pulling chain mechanism. I tried and it seems working. Thank you 👍

I have complated my singer 45k25 table project by cutting old fur sewing machine table. I attached the main body but how can I activate foot lifter .I couldnit find any clue from old writings.For new machines it is called as knee lifter I guess. What should I do for activating my machine chain shaped foot lifter?

Thank you for your explanation. Due to space problem I also want to change motor and table. How can you solve opening feed plates without having table (without foot pedal how can I open feed plates) If you can share your project photos I will be glad to see

Thank you for your sharing such a valuable information. I have the same 45K treadle and a 45k25 machine, but no table. These photos explain many things for me . But I couldnt imagine the belt holes , How far from the edge of rightside? Could you please measure it if possible, I have also a missing part of support arm
