Appreciate the reply Camano Ridge. The Blackhawk is a single action revolver and I have one of those........the real deal from Ruger. A Redhawk is a double action just about the same size as an "N" frame Smith. However, the grip area just behind the hammer has a flat spot area unlike the Smith which is more at an angle. This difference causes issues when installing a retaining strap and snap.

I need a Ruger Redhawk dummy gun. I buy from the popular suppliers regularly (Rings, Duncan, ASP), but, either they don't make one or they're out of stock and need 3 or more customers to request one before they'll produce some. If anyone out there has one they're not using or want to sell, please get in touch with me. johnny@grassburr.com
