Took my Boss apart today and gave the Rag Gear to a friend at a Machine Shop. He is cutting out both pieces that make up the gear out of cold rolled steel on a flat bed industrial laser tonight. hope it works, might have some good upgrades for the Aluminum Boss is it does.
