    just starting out...
  1. Hello everyone. I have been reading the posts for some time now & finally got some pics of my work. I just started leather work in October & do not get to spend as much time as I would like to with it. Anyway, thought I would see what you all think. Roxie
  2. I have never waited. I put it on with a dobber quickly and wipe off with a wet sponge immediatley. The longer you wait the harder it is to get off, which you have now learned. I am very new at this but I learned very quickly that the stain was very dark & I now thin it out with the solvent I use to clean my brushes. But it all depends on how dark you want it. Roxie
  3. You may just need to clean off the rollers. Turn you mouse over and take out the ball, there may be some dust stuck on the rollers that the ball sets on. I just scrap them off with a toothpick or something. Rox

This is really awesome. I have tried to find the DVD for this and have not had any luck. When did you get the lesson? It may be a bit advanced for me since I have only been working with leather since October....but I love a challenge. Roxie
