It’s a single needle, straight stitch machine with a small diameter cylinder bed and a walking foot for top speeds of 2800 stitches per minute. The maximum stitch length is a standard 6mm. And it comes with a large table, power stand and a clutch motor available in 110v or 220v.
Unison triple feed keeps layers from slipping. The needle, walking foot and feed dogs work together in unison to move the fabric after each stitch is complete. This makes for even, consistent high-quality stitching, even when using different workpiece materials together like canvas and leather.
Nice roomy fabric clearance, 14mm with the presser foot raised.
A moving binder attachment holds the tape close to the binding edge producing very neat bindings even on inside and outside curves.
It uses 134-35 needles, and they recommend a needle thickness of 80-100 on the SCHMETZ needle system. Recommended thread type is synthetic 40/3.
The Pfaff 335-G model has an extra large bobbin and 40% more thread capacity. And who doesn’t love fewer bobbin changes? The builtin winder is right where you can see it–another thing that makes life easier.
You can get lots of attachments and extra accessories depending on what operations you need including welting, zippers and special binding. Work aids available include an electro-mechanically controlled thread trimmer, an automatic presser foot lifter, an automatic needle positioner. You can also get a maintenance unit for pneumatically controlled work aids.
The belt comes with a finger guard, and the take-up lever has a guard as well.

We have 6 post machines, 4 of them are on the table tops and 2 are stand up's. I will have to measure to see which sizes they are. I also have one cylinder arm on a table as well. These have been rebuilt by Cote Brothers around the year 2000 but have not been in storage for the last 10-11 years after the luggage department of Mulholland Brothers shut down. They are all in great condition, working order, and have been serviced. They all also have the pneumatic computerized needle positioners. We are looking to get $4500 per each post machine and cylinder arm. I also have 2 puritan "alligator" machines that have also been refurbished and those are going for around $9000 each.

I know you are looking for a Tippmann Boss, I don't have one of those but I do have great machines that will go through 3/4" material. They are refurbished Puritan stitchers with a computerized pneumatic needle position system installed. If you are interested please let me know and I can get you the information. I have 6 post machines 4 table tops and 2 stand ups. They are single needle and were refurbished by Cote Brothers back around 2001. These sewing machines are almost impossible to find in the condition I have them in. These are the same machines that redwing shoes use on their boots. Im not sure what you need it for but there is a big difference in sizes thought I'd throw it out there

I have bought tooling leather in weights, skirting, latigo, chap, oiltan, bison, a horsefront, and apron splits off the top of my head from Maverick. They carry Horween, Thoroughbred, Wickett and Craig. They are a couple hour drive away, and I have made a few trips over or stopped by when we have been in the area. Most of the time I phone order and am close enough for next day delivery. You talk to live people on the phone. What they tell me is what I get.
