I am a beginner Knifemaker using mostly stock removal techniques. I do my own heat treating and have just recently begun forging my own blades as well.

I'm also a beginner leatherworker having made a handful of sheaths for my knives so far and also a cell phone case and some small leather items.

I probably enjoy the leatherwork more than the knifework, but just barely . I've learned alot of patience from both and feel like it's good therapy for the spirit.

I'm a long time resident of central Florida and have traveled alot of the world and worked out of the country in a few places. I spend as much time browsing pics

of others knife and leatherwork as I do making them myself. Should probably stop that and get busy

Also enjoy being outside ( my knife shop / forge is outdoors ) making or doing most anything. I ride my iron horse everyday, rain or shine, hot or cold. Also do a

fair amount of hiking and like to camp as well when possible.

Lifting and shooting have always been a part of me as well.
