try the antik-corp on ebay. or www.the-antik-corp.com the lion heads are on there and some other conchos like that. they are all rivet back not screw back and you need to click on the U.S. flag to get it in english. if you have a business i.d. you can get a discount too . hope it helps!

I know it's an old post but I thought I would add my reply for anyone else looking. I just use blue painters tape overlapping on the back. no need to glue down anything. tool away as normal then just peel the tape off the back .no distortion whatsoever!! it pulls the nap of the hide up a bit but since its the back it's fine. good luck!
