Hello,
I have a saddle, pics below, that has a serial # on it. On the latigo it has a 10, then below that it has 3770 stamped into the leather. I cannot find a maker mark anywhere on the saddle, however I've spoken to several people, including a gentleman from M.L. Leddy's that stated the saddle is handmade. On the stirrup blevins, the North & Judd Anchor mark is located. The saddle has heavy tooling and is great shape. The work on this saddle was done with detail and experience. I was told that for the cantel to be so well made, took time, and no production saddle will have that. I would like to know as much as I can about this saddle, as I have it listed on ebay and would like to let the potential buyers know of its worth or lack there of. I believe it too be worth a great deal, as I'm no newcomer to saddles. So anyway, all help is appreciated. Even the smallest of details or info is appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Kelly
ps. To Mechanical Cowgirl - I think we have a saddle made by the same person. Please check out my photos and let me know what you think. Also if you have acquired any new information on the maker of the saddles.
