In the US, there are two primary places where the rings are sold: Levenger.com and Rollabind.com. The rings come in a wide variety of sizes. If you buy a punch (which I have), you can put any paper you like into the notebooks. The great thing about them is that the cover folds completely over on itself which makes it very easy to write on. Also, unlike a spiral bound notebook, you can move the pages around. Levenger sells a wide variety of paper, tabs, pockets etc so you can tailor your system. I have an 8 1/2 x 11 size and a 3 x 5 card version. I am going to make my own covers as well.
