I just listed it with U-Ship. Gave 2/25 as pick up date. I don't have the ability to pallet or crate it, so put "loose" but I can protect the clicker itself on the stand. If you want to arrange packing and pick up, let me know. I did this to get a quote.

Customers pay shipping from Tippmann. I paid $60 for shipping of stand - weighs about 40 lbs.

I got about $800 from UPS, not knowing delivery issues (lift gate, residential/business etc.). TwinOaks seems to have a better way. It'll be Monday before I can get anything solid.

It does not work with my dies because I use leather of irregular grade and really need to see the leather as I place it, which can be done with the Tippmann, but then you have to slide it under the press and if it shifts even a little, I may be cutting into a scar or hole. It would be fine for tooling leather, or manmade materials that have no irregularities. The shipping weight of the press is 260 lbs. The table is probably 40 lbs? It might cost you more than the price I am asking to ship it that far. I am about an hour east of Atlanta. If you are still interested, I will get a quote for you. A new Tippmann 700 is $1799 and the table is $299 on their website, no shipping.

Certainly is frustrating - returning to the leather industry after doing something else for 30 years. Almost all of my sources are gone but 2, and I think one of them is on the way out. But I will recommend Hide and Leather House in Napa, CA. They are WONDERFUL to work with, will send samples, and have a wide variety of hides, upholstery, garment, latigo, etc. A nice oil tan side you could probably get from them. http://www.hidehouse.com They also have a wholesale login and have stuff on sale a lot.

I have a TIppmann, barely used, with table. Doesn't work with my dies and finally found a swing arm clicker. This is good for small stuff on consistent material like veg tan shoulders or rubber, etc. New press alone is $1800, but I'll sell mine for $1000, including stand. I'm in Commerce GA. It would be really tough for me to ship, it is HEAVY. But I would try - you pay shipping.

Are you still looking for a Tippmann clicker? I have one, plus table, 7 ton. I have $1750 in it. One of the fittings under the trip button broke in shipping, so I replaced that - another $75, but it is not cutting correctly. Tippmann says the lower platen needs adjustment - but I just can't maneuver to adjust it (just had back surgery, and its a heavy little sucker!) A month after receiving it I found an OLD small swing arm, which is EXACTLY what I need, so I have lost enthusiasm for the Tippmann. I am in Northeast Georgia, but the swing arm came by furniture mover, and that's what I would suggest for the Tippmann. If you are interested let me know.

My new, OLD Schwabe 288-M w/flywheel runs great, but doesn't stop. Does anyone know how to adjust the brake? It has 2 handles, but either one will start it. Once started, it clicks continuously. I can post pictures, if anyone has experience that might help.

I'm in Commerce GA and re-starting my children's shoe business after way too many years. I still have my dies, got a good sewing machine, but had a tough time finding a reasonable clicker. I bought a used Tippmann, not good for what I need, so finally found a Schwabe on Ebay. It arrived the other day and it works! OLD baby clicker - only weighs about 500 lbs - flywheel, not hydraulic. I am chomping at the bit! My grandbabies need shoes!!! But the clicker starts, then doesn't stop. Continuous clicking until you turn it off. I've googled everything I could think of, can't find a machinist old enough to work on her, maybe someone here can advice? I am pretty good at taking directions. Glad to be on board - I've been here getting advice by reading for a while now, just can't get the leather bug out of my system!
