Hi Wizcrafts, I recently had this same model donated by a friend. It is is decent shape, needs some new belts, a table and a motor. I have a few questions that I would love to get your opinion on. I want to sew bags, guitar straps, journal covers. I enjoy working with Veg tan and latigo. Am I correct to assume that this is not the machine for me? It sounds like it would be too fast, and not provide the control or punch for my materials. What would be a good first machine? I have read some of your posts, I will continue to read.
