  1. Rohn, they are called "twist strap ring" $3-4 each.
  2. Thanks builderofstuff. I just wanted something quick and easy.
  3. I went to tandy leather Monday and saw it and decided to use it.
  4. Made a quick belt key holder. At work, I have a set of keys on a lanyard as well as a utility knife on another lanyard, so I decided to make a holder for the keys that would not tear up my belt loops.
  5. Made a quick belt key holder. At work, I have a set of keys on a lanyard as well as a utility knife on another lanyard, so I decided to make a holder for the keys that would not tear up my belt loops.
  6. This is another cell phone case I made for a friend. She wanted a Velcro fastener and I sewed it in. I don't like sewing velcro.
  7. The next thing I have to make is a pair of pouches for speedstrips for the 38 to go with the speedloader. I am not wearing the pouches on me but want to have a way to carry them if necessary.
  8. Thanks, Rohn, I plan to wear it where you pull it out, especially the one for the extra cylinder. I am thinking about keeping it loaded where I can drop it in the revolver. Hector7 thank you.
  9. Just completed a pouch for a speedloader/extra cylinder.
  10. benlilly1, I tried to do that, I used a lacing chisel, I practiced using a regular stitching 4 hole punch and it went good, Monica, thank you, I looked at how others attached belt clip. I had been cutting a hole in the back and slipping the clip in, but it would scratch the lens of the phone.
  11. it is some old lace that I picked up somewhere. It's called Tandy's grained duraflex. One thing I did not do is try to flatten the lacing after I got done.I will try to watch the video you listed. I appreciate the comments, I am still learning how to work on leather.
  12. thought I would try to do some fancier lacing and coloring. Lacing is not the best in the world, but I am getting better.
  13. Leatherquestions, thank you. I didn't put much slack at all in the next ones. I just made it a little easier to put a belt through. The next project is a speedloader pouch. Dale
  14. Appreciate that, Rohn. The belt loop is a little tight, so on the next 3 I am making just a little slack in the loop. Also, I am going to use a different color thread on 2 of them.
  15. Made a magazine pouch for S & W Sigma. It will fit both 9 MM or .40 cal.
  16. my wife wanted me to make her an eyeglasses case to attach to her purse so she didn't have to dig for them when she needed to wear her glasses. I lined the inside with suede to keep from scratching the lenses.
  17. Rohn, if you don't mind, how much do you get for a holster like that?
  18. Rohn, Thank you for your advice. I need all the help I can get. I didn't think about using the swivel knife to mark the border better and yes I should have rounded the bottom more, didn't think about it until I had started stamping, so I just left it.
  19. My latest attempt. Made for a friend of mine for a ruger single six. Also will fit Heritage rough rider 6-1/2 inch barrel. Will be working next on shell belt for a revolver for any size shell 22-38.
  20. Rohn, I do too. I didn't want to overdo the decoration on it. I am still new at stamping and learning how to lay it out.
  21. Rohn, This is the holster I made following your directions and inspiration. Thank you.
  22. Rohn, Thank you for the information you have given me. I am making a holster for my S&W based upon your design. I am letting it dry before dyeing it. When done, I will post a pic or two. One difference is that I am going to use a clip instead of belt loop.
  23. very nice, do you hae a pattern for this holster? I am fixing to make one for a S&W sigma myself, but if you have a pattern I would love to have it.
  24. Nice, I hope to get where I can do half that.
