I've done all of the searching I also contacted the Leather Machine Company but never heard back from them and theres nothing on youtube about this problem.I will cantact @RockyAussie to see if he can help me thnk you for you input.

I bought this skiver used and it did work for a while but since I moved it seems to be jammed the belt on the outside was loose so I tighten up the belt and now the adjustment knobs don't move so I undid the adjustment on belt still cant get it to work any Ideas that can help. Thanks

Thanks for in input I was looking at the Weaver Master tool hand-operated strap cutter even at there sale price it`s $1,875.00 so Weaver is for their $1038.12 more not including shipping Thats a lot of leather I could buy you know.

Does anyone have a Beiler`s 8 inch strap cutting machine?I know there cheaper than others out there at $836.88 and hand crank they do have an option for a motor drive wondering how well it works. Thanks any help would be great.
