  • How did you find leatherworker.net?
looking for leather suppliers other than weaver
  1. Not saying this is one of them, but if you ever get a chance pick up one of the old Sears Catalogs from the turn of the century. I have seen a couple of different modified McClellan styles for the civilian market. The old catalog is a great reference for period tack, of course the prices will make you drool.
  2. Good Job Interesting design, now you gave me new ideas for belts.
  3. I happened upon this conference room while traveling for my job. This room is at Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire. The walls and ceiling of the room are covered with these wall panels, and the room is roughly 30' x 20' with 10 foot high walls. You can see a lot of fading and damage on the panels but most of them are in very good condition considering they were made around 1910. Just thinking about the amount of time it took to tool and stain these panels is staggering. Unfortunately the only camera I had was my cell phone so the pictures don't do it justice.
  4. Nice looking belt. I have the same stamp set and conchos and my saddle has the same tooling..........hmmm.........matching belt.
