  1. No, but I wish I had been there!! I have only been to one event where I sold some work, It was here in Oakdale, Ca where I live. I do ship bronc halters all over the U.S. and Canada, all of the work I get is via the internet. Thanks, Tina
  2. Hi Janet, You do the basket stamping first then the barbwire around the border last. You want to do the basket stamp as close to your border line as possible, then the barbwire gives it a nice finished edge. This was my second attemped at the basket stamp, it all came together with such ease that it surprised me. Do some practice runs on a scrap, it is alot more forgiving than you think. Thanks for looking, Tina
  3. I love your work, I have had you on my favorite sellers list on ebay for a couple years now!! Are those small conchos used in place of spots? I like how they look. You inspire me, someday I will try to make spur straps. Tina
  4. Hi There, I make Bronc Halters for people, mostly with a lot of rhinestones for the barrel racers. This was my first attempt at making one without the bling factor. Tina
  5. Wow, this web sight is such a wealth of information!! I talked to Steve with Artisan this morning and I bought the 4000. I wanted the longer arm for getting saddle blankets through easier. I did want the 4700, but all of the info on this post was right, it wasn't the right machine for what I wanted to do. Thanks Art. Bill, Skip and Barra, you were all right, the machine I wanted didn't have the right feed mechanism for what I wanted to do. I will be lurking on this sight for months to come to learn all I can. Thanks again, Tina
  6. Okay, I read all of the post on the Toro 3000. I went to the Artisan web sight and fell in love with the Toro 4700, I like the longer arm and the fact that I can do heavier leather if desired. I am a Tippman user at the moment, I really like it but I am ready to upgrade. Is Commerce, CA the only place to buy a Toro? I live in CA and I was trying to avoid state tax. Trying to save on the tax might bite me on the shipping. Thanks, Tina
