If you use linen thread, cut and glue. If nylon or polyester, burn and apply force. That's what I know. Sometimes I hide the thread between the leather

I bought this on eBay from goodsjapan a month ago and I just got it today. I tried for ten minutes and I really can't use it. Since it's almost new I am charging $55 shipped. You will save a ton of time if you like this little thing. The blade is still really sharp. I didn't sharpen it. It's also on eBay. But I do not accept return because I don't want to waste time on this.

You won't notice it after get used to it. It won't affect the performances. When it wasn't sharpened, you can notice the leather is being pulling out from the hole. I have sharpened many and they worked perfect.

The pricking iron was being hand sharpened. Was used only for showing marks. Perform amazingly after sharpened. When I got it it was kind of rusted, although brand new out of box. Price is 230 shipped becaused it was sharpened. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
