My latest Leather unit patches , went to a WW2 veteran of the unit , they flew B-24's , 454th Bombardment Group and 15th AAF , going on his new A-2 jacket when he gets it , enjoy !!!!

Here are two of my latest Leather WW2 unit patches, I made these for a WW2 veteran of the unit and they'll be going on His new A-2 jacket when he gets it , they flew B-24's , enjoy !!!!!! 454th Bombardment Group and a 15th AAF .

Another couple additons, these just recently finished , the man I made them for his Father was in the 460th Bombardment Group/760th Squadron ,15th AAF , the group B-24's carried the "Panther" unit emblem on the noses , the squadron's of this Group were denoted on each patch by a small tab each going clockwise around them and each having the last number of the Squadron on them , his 760th "0" , the others 761st "1",762nd "2" and 763rd "3'.......... enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another addition of my Leather unit patch art , these went to a man who's Father was in the 460th Bombardment Group,760th Squadron , this unit flew B-24's and they carried the "Panther" unit emblem on the noses of the B-24's , the Squadrons of this Group were signified on the patches by a small tab each going clockwise around it with the last number of each Squadron, 760th "0", 761st "1" ,762nd "2",763rd "3" . Just added 17 new Leather unit patch photos to my Facebook page , below are a couple of them , along with a shot of some of the patches I made after they were matted/framed by the customer so you can see how well they also display on a war room wall if you don't want them on a jacket , enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Click the "Thumbnails for a much better close up of them, the patches are 43rd Bombardment Group "Ken's Men"(left) and 376th Bombardment Group "Liberandos" on right , the framed patches are both of the 730th Bombardment squadron , one is the WW2 era design (upper left) the other (lower right) is the Korean era one, there's also an 8th AAF and leather name strip .

These two Leather jacket patches went to a WW2 veteran of the unit , 388th Bombardment Group & 560th Bombardment Squadron "Gremlin Gus" , I especially enjoy making these patches when they go to a veteran , most of my work has done so , but also reenactors and collectors have ordered my patches , enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
