    I have searched the web almost non-stop for a week, and I have not been able to find anyone who has the hardware item that I need. I know this particular hardware is used on dog collars in Germany, but it may be used on harnesses also. Whatever it is used for (or called)---I sure need to locate a supplier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dennis
