Can you tell this "bicast" leather from the front if looking at a couch ?

looks cool....but what happens when fuel spills on it ? or water gets between the cover and tan ?

Hi has anyone used used old leather from "Free" old chairs and couches ? Just seems like they are pretty large pieces to practice with and its FREE, I also see a lot of old leather jackets and coats for a dollar or 2 at flea markets but have no idea what to do with them Years ago my friend in Europe would buy full length leather coats and shorten them up for Motorcycle jackets , interesting Anyway if you have done anything I would love to see what you made Thanks

Business cards are tacky as price tags , maybe have someone print you old style fancy price tags that are the size of business cards but have a more direct drawing of a leather worker.......and your contact info or make up some fancy leather price tag holders that you can change paper insert + price if its your style , have something WILD ,just to slow them down , if its a big show you may only have only one chance to slow them down to talk to them , GOOD LUCK Update: one way to make the 'business card" look better is to round off the corners or cut the edges off at a 45 degree angle Just so they look "special"
