Does it have to be zipped? I think it will be hard to find a ready made size as the book comes in different sizes, maybe a slip on cover would be easier to create a pattern by yourself. There are some nice slip on covers and a simple search on YouTube shows tutorials from Don Gonzales and this nice lady, both with tips how to make it work for any size.
