Do you think that would work?
Seriously...
I have done in the neighborhood of 10ish holsters now. The one area that I am insecure about is the burnishing. It is OK, but could be much better. Oh well, constant improvement and all that.
Tandy emailed me instructions on how to sharpen an edge beveler today. Thought someone might find it useful.

Just make sure you call them 1st to make sure they have it in stock. My local HF often is out of stock on the things I am looking for.
Bruce, I already have a 12-ton press. Do you think that would work?
The 1st holster I did in resoline for my wife. I brushed it on and it had that tacky feel you describe. It went away after 3-4 days. Now I airbrush it in light passes. I have only had one problem with streaking doing that, but I used too much and it was a little cold. The rest have turned out perfectly.
My groover was tight like that as well. I had to add a drop of Kroil and let it soak overnight so that I could adjust it. It turns smooth now.
