Retired Electrical Engineer.  I enjoy traveling in RV and making things.  Got interested in industrial sewing machines, acquired Singer 211G166 and 31015 and a Tacsew T111-155.  I also have a REX 607Z portable I keep in my motor home for mainly my and my friend's boat canvas in the Keys. I have done several canvas projects so and thought I'd try my hand at leather upholstery.  Just completed the front and back seats on my 68 Cougar 390 GT in vinyl. It turned out OK but will attempt a leather original re-creation next year in hopes of a little better look.  I find the regulars on the leather sewing machine forum very knowledgeable and willing to help us novices in which I am grateful.
