I am a professional mathematician, amateur leatherworker, and amateur woodworker. So far I have made small personal goods for my friends and family like wallets, bags, and cases. I tend to make my projects with an eye towards "lifelong" durability, using thicker leather than conventionally called for, lining all pockets, double or triple hand stitching, etc. I would like to integrate my leatherworking with my woodworking at some point. I'm also interested in stitching denim.
