About Me

I started working with leather about 8 years ago. I've always been interested in self sustainable living and have always felt attracted to natural materials such as wood, wool, leather, linen. I am an autodidact, learned from books and video's since in Belgium there is no schooling in leatherwork by hand (or not that I have discovered).

Since a few years I was hired to introduce leatherwork in a Waldorf school in Antwerp, to young adults. Next to the teaching I work in commission, making mainly bags and belts.
