I am wanting to make a long dog leash but not sure what leather I should use. Its for a Siberian husky, not sure of weight yet because he was skin and bones but now gaining weight every week. Shouldn't be much over 60 pounds. I found some 5/8' x 96" x 3.2 to 3.6mm thick Latigo strips. Is that thick enough for a leash? He doesn't pull much walking but if he hits on a smell he liks he squats low and pulls and there is no pulling him back.any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for a sorce for the longest 5/8 wide leather straps I can get. Would appreciate any information I can get.

It's around 15deg for 4 or 5 aclock position. I copied my Calco holster I have. And it's very comfortable. I left a gap around the barrel to prevent it from catching.

Fist attempt at a holster for my P320 with suppressor sights and TLR7.

I think I wet formed a holster to many times and now it's as hard as plastic and is thinner. I formed it wet with a vacuum sealer twice. I am worried that I dried it out. Would putting warm neats foot oil help?
