It has a new bobbin winder. It is running very smoothly and consistently. I am asking $1300 for it. It is in Aspen Colorado. I can make a crate for it and ship it for cost: shipping, time and materials. I have a balance wheel handle and hardware ordered from England. It should be here soon. It comes with 10 new bobbins and some needles, extra feet, etc. Thank you.
